I think this kind of training is a recipe for a heart attack. And the quality of work will be poor. I think this way of exercise will effect the quality of work as concentration is must to do the job properly. I'm assuming not to exercise. Start working out and see how it increases work productivity. It'll be tough in the beginning, but the change in lifestyle is very beneficial. And i think it's bad for both the work and the workout. The advantage of doing exercises is that you can lose weight with doing it and As I know too much sitting can lead to fatness and increase the risk of developing diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. Even going to the gym three times a week doesn’t offset the harm of being inactive for hours at a time. Even walking at 1 mile an hour has very important benefits.
